Habitat for Humanity Brant-Norfolk Seeking Donations for Upcoming Simcoe ReStore
Brantford, ON - Habitat for Humanity Brant-Norfolk today announced (May 16th, 2017) that a ReStore will be coming soon to Simcoe. The 12,000+ SQ. ft. ReStore, will be located at 29 Park Road, Simcoe, Ontario. (Previously known as the Chances Bingo Hall) It will be Habitat For Humanity Brant-Norfolk’s second ReStore location.
"We've seen tremendous growth in donations traffic and sales at our Brantford ReStore location over the past ten years. And after much research, input from volunteers, the Board, the Norfolk community as a whole, It was determined it's time to open an additional ReStore location here in Simcoe," said Steve Roorda, Board Chair – Habitat For Humanity Brant-Norfolk.
The ReStore sells new and recycled building materials, furniture, appliances and home goods at 50 to 70 percent off retail prices. All of the items that stock a Habitat for Humanity ReStore are donations. Habitat for Humanity Brant-Norfolk is asking the community to help stock the Simcoe ReStore. Retailers, distributors and manufacturers closing out year-end or discontinued product, scratch n dent or returned product — please consider donating your products to Simcoe ReStore. Residents of Norfolk County are also welcome to donate their gently used items.
